Water Transfer Operator

Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate water transfer operations from frac sites to rigs Lead and direct water transfer crews in the field Oversee installation and operation of lay flat hose, pumps, and related equipment Monitor water flow, pressure, and system performance to ensure continuous operations Identify and troubleshoot leaks, pressure issues, and equipment failures Coordinate with frac, drilling, and operations teams to meet job requirements Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce safe work practices Complete required reports and communicate job status to management Qualifications 3+ years of oil and gas experience, with strong water transfer background Prior experience leading or supervising field crews preferred Hands-on experience with lay flat hose, pumps, and water transfer systems Strong troubleshooting skills in field environments Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong communication and leadership skills Valid driver's license High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Must meet conditional job offer requirements.
