Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments using various assessment tools and caregiver interviews
Develop data-driven treatment plans aligned with medical necessity and ensure timely submission of assessment reports
Collaborate with clinical teams and provide clear case summaries for efficient onboarding and transitionsRequired qualificationsActive BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a BCBA
At least 1 year of experience focused on Functional Behavior Assessments preferred
Bilingual in English and Spanish
