What We're Looking For:
Ford certification or equivalent experience through the Ford Asset Program 2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred B-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair Strong mechanical ability and hands-on troubleshooting skills Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and equipment Steady hands and solid hand-eye coordination Ability to pick up new technology, repair procedures, and manufacturer specifications quickly Good communication skills and basic computer competency Collaborative, team-first attitude with a drive to keep improving Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent Bell-McCall Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
