Travel: Project Site Travel as NeededPOSITION OVERVIEWOur client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential and commercial construction projects from inception through final installation. This role requires strong experience in luxury fenestration, windows, doors, and glass installation, along with the ability to coordinate architects, contractors, internal teams, and installers throughout the project lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Manage luxury residential and commercial projects from start to finish. Coordinate schedules, budgets, expectations, and project requirements with architects, owners, contractors, and installers. Oversee shop drawings and ensure aesthetic and functional requirements are met. Coordinate with Sales, CAD, R&D, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Installation teams. Manage change orders, material requests, fabrication schedules, and deliveries. Coordinate installation labor, materials, equipment, and transportation. Oversee installations and conduct quality inspections with Site Supervisors. Identify and resolve project issues to maintain schedules and client expectations. Manage project documentation, weekly updates, punch lists, and final closeout. Review commercial and contractual documents and travel to project sites as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING5+ years of field experience in high-end residential or commercial construction.5+ years of project management or project engineering experience. Experience working with architects, general contractors, and glass manufacturers. Strong knowledge of the luxury fenestration industry, windows, doors, and glass installation. Expertise with architectural products and high-precision installations. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam, and NetSuite. Strong problem-solving, organization, and client-management skills. Detail-oriented, hands-on, and proactive approach. Custom construction solution experience is a plus. COMPENSATION • $100,000-$140,000 annual salary.
