MECOE Inspector-First Shift

What You Will Do: Use a variety of tooling and measurement equipment to inspect engine components to validate proper configuration and compliance with requirements. Provide complete and accurate documentation to support Engine Builds. Meet production/inspection goals and objectives for the MECOE Team. Complete and review technical documentation, including Fits & Clearances, Engine Inspection Reports, and SAP transactions. Complete and Review Engine Package documentation.

You Must Have: Typically requires HS Diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience 1+ years' experience in aviation inspection roleU.S. Person status is required, as only U.S Persons are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Qualifications: We Prefer: Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license, Powerplant License, or 2+ years relevant experience. Experience in Turbine Engine overhaul, inspection and repair, precision measuring tool usage – preferred in one or more of the following disciplines: Disassembly, Inspection, or Assembly. Ability to identify and resolve configuration and compatibility issues. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.This position is classified as: Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
