Contracts Management Specialist

The role: You will interface directly with customers and business partners across proposal preparation, contract negotiation and contract administration for a portfolio of programmes. On the proposal side, that means examining requirements, analysing terms and conditions to assess risk, and reviewing Basis of Estimates for accuracy and completeness. On the administration side, you'll process contractual documentation, advise management on contractual rights and obligations, maintain historical records, and prepare regular reporting. You'll also support shipment, billing and payment processes, interface with DCMA as required, and prepare supporting documentation such as proprietary information agreements, associate contractor agreements and export licences. Interpreting FAR guidance and managing flow downs across contract types is a core part of the role.
