To support outpatient intake processes, the full-time Texas Licensed Assessment Coordinator will manage patient assessments, coordinate admissions, and ensure compliance with intake policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities: Document and process inquiry calls in accordance with intake policies Assess and stabilize patients prior to admission or discharge Complete admission paperwork and follow-up calls for missed appointments
Required qualifications: Registered Nurse or Master's Degree in a related field Two or more years of experience in intake assessment activities within an acute psychiatric setting Licensed to practice in Texas as a mental health professional (RN, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or LPCI) Knowledge of the DSM-IV and Mental Status Exam Familiarity with the addiction and recovery field
