Private Client Services Senior Associate or Counsel Attorney

Candidate Profile: JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record. New York Bar Admissionor the ability towaivein. LL.M.and strong tax background required. 5-7 yearsof substantivelaw firm experienceinestate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals. Demonstrateddraftingandestate administrationskills, including experience withcomplex willsandtrusts. Proficiency inpreparing client presentations , tax calculationsandanalysis, andadministering estatesfromprobatethroughclosing. Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage client contact. Supervisory skills to direct paralegals in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities: Advise high-net-worth clientson trust and estate matters, including estate planning, tax strategies, and administration. Draft complex wills and trust s tailored to client needs. Manage the administration of estates from probate through final closing, ensuring all tax filings and legal requirements are met. Prepare client presentations and conduct tax calculations and analyses. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to deliver superior client service.
