Early Childhood Teacher

KinderCare is hiring Teachers at Meritor Academy North Andover to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will create developmentally appropriate lesson plans, lead classroom activities, and support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Collaborate with families and teammates, maintain a clean, organized classroom, and uphold licensing and safety standards. Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans Lead daily classroom activities that support whole-child development Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment Observe and document children’s progress and behavior Communicate regularly with families about children’s development Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum and school goals Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations Support inclusive practices and respect for diverse backgrounds Participate in professional development and training sessions Contribute to a positive, nurturing school culture Curriculum planning for early childhood Classroom management Child observation and documentation Knowledge of early childhood development Parent and family communication Behavior guidance and positive discipline Health, safety, and licensing compliance Lesson planning and activity design Team collaboration Basic computer and record-keeping skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k State early childhood education certification or eligibility CPR and First Aid certification Background check clearance Knowledge of early childhood development standards (e.g., NAEYC)
