Job Description
Employment Type: Contract (09/14/2026 - 01/11/2027) with extension/perm potential
Travel: NoneShifts & Schedule1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMFlexibility Note: Days are being finalized; weekend work (at least one day) and holiday availability are required. Core Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of production/manufacturing leadership experience. Methodology: 1+ year working with Lean Manufacturing principles. Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn operational software. Preferred Traits: Experience managing unionized teams, continuous improvement, and compliance (OSHA, EPA, FDA, USDA, HACCP).
Key Responsibilities: Operations: Coordinate day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing tasks to hit safety, quality, and delivery goals. Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term plant action plans. Team Care: Lead, coach, and develop a diverse workforce. Optimization: Drive cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives via Lean principles.
