Customer Relations Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and retention. Manage customer communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Track and report on customer relations metrics to support continuous improvement.
