Financial Analyst Growing manufacturing company is seeking a FP&A Analyst to partner with plant leadership. This role provides high visibility to operations and finance leadership while owning financial analysis, cost reporting, and plant performance.

Key Responsibilities: Analyze plant P&L, costs, variances, and financial performance Track inventory, yield, OEE, and cost per ton Analyze margins by product/SKU and identify cost-saving opportunities Support monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Prepare financial presentations for plant leadership Build dashboards and tools to improve financial and operational reporting Partner with operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, and finance teams
