Breakthrough T1D is seeking a Development Director to lead fundraising efforts, donor engagement, and volunteer management across the Southern California & Hawaii territory. The role oversees the Inland Empire market, supports corporate development, and leads the Orange County Gala. Hybrid work schedule available: in-office, remote, and field activities. The position requires 5–7 years of fundraising experience with revenue responsibilities >$750k and a college degree or equivalent.
