I’m recruiting for an established, AISC-certified structural steel fabricator working across hospitals, office buildings, schools, retail and industrial projects.
The Role:
- Oversee multiple steel fabrication and erection projects from contract award through completion
- Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasts and contract requirements
- Coordinate detailing, fabrication and erection teams
- Review change orders, subcontractor agreements and progress billings
- Lead and mentor PMs, Assistant PMs and Project Coordinators
- Manage client relationships and resolve project issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of construction or engineering experience
- Structural steel experience is essential
- Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Confidence reading drawings, specifications and contracts
- Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software experience
- Tekla and Bluebeam experience preferred
