Bankruptcy Attorney - Senior Associate

Duties: Represent secured and unsecured creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Primarily handle creditor-side litigation, with occasional representation of debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings. Manage cases from intake through resolution. Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda; argue motions in court; attend depositions and hearings. Advise clients on bankruptcy strategy and recovery options.

Requirements: Requirements 7+ years of experience in bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on creditor-side work. Proven ability to first-chair bankruptcy litigation and manage matters independently. Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and courtroom skills. Admission to practice in Texas. Education Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
