Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Battery Cell Processes

EnPower Inc. d/b/a CAMINUS. in Indianapolis is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to lead process development and equipment launches for lithium-ion cell manufacturing, collaborating with Product Engineers and Technicians to build robust production methods and qualification plans. You will document processes, train technicians, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance to scale high-performance cell production.
