Responsibilities: Installs, configures, upgrades, and troubleshoots MQ and MQIPTKeeps up with the latest versions and patches for IBM MQ and MQIPT, tests their combability with the current Boeing OS versions, creates and verifies install packages for Boeing MQ developers to use. Establishes and maintains backup and recovery policies and procedures. Renews, manages, and troubleshoot x.509 certificates Implements and maintains MQ and MQIPT security Sets up and maintains documentation and standards. Oncall Support Creates and adheres to Ticketing SLA'sDocumentation and KB articles creations Mentoring and best practices Implementation
