Shareholder Advisory Director - M&A Disputes Counsel

You will guide strategies to resolve high-stakes disputes, manage post-closing indemnification claims, and coordinate with clients and external counsel. This role blends litigation/arbitration oversight with deal analysis, requiring meticulous organization, strong client focus, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters while collaborating across the company.
