Immigration Paralegal – Contract | Fully Remote

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week, with potential for additional hours

Location: Fully Remote

Required: Spanish fluency (written and conversational)

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage business, family, naturalization, and nonimmigrant visa matters, including E-2, L-1, O-1, P-1, J-1, F-1 and related cases Draft cover letters, complete immigration forms, and gather supporting documentation Compile organized filing packages for attorney review Review filings for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Communicate directly with clients to obtain information and documentation Coordinate with attorneys through final preparation and submission Qualifications 5+ years of immigration paralegal experience, preferably within a mid-to-large law firm or in-house legal departmentBA, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience Fluent Spanish, written and conversational Strong knowledge of immigration case preparation and filing procedures Excellent attention to detail, organization, and client communication skills Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment Comfortable working in a technology-forward legal practice
