Active litigation stage experience required.
Attend weekly meetings and manage case deadlines.
Provide client updates and ensure tasks are completed.
Responsibilities:
Draft and file complaints within 30 days.
Manage discovery, subpoenas, and depositions.
Prepare trial binders and attend trial.
Remote position, available to candidates outside NM metro areas.
Must work Mountain Time business hours.
Salary range $58,260-$74,900 per year.
$10,000 sign-on bonus paid incrementally.
