Director, Pillar Practices — Growth & Strategy Leader

Hill Physicians Medical Group seeks a Director of Pillar Practices to drive growth and profitability across Hill Health and independent Pillar Practices. You will own the P&L, staffing plans, and executive reporting to support member growth and financial sustainability. Lead physician recruiting, marketing, and investments while coordinating with Epic, IT, finance, and operations to optimize performance and outcomes across the service area.
