Customer Service ClerkWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerical Support Associate to join our team. This position will serve as a backup to our Customer Service Representative and offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time permanent role. Agricultural manufacturing firm needs assistance in the office!

  • Customer Service Clerk Details:
  • Temp-to-Hire position$ 15.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm)
  • Provide clerical and administrative support
  • Serve as backup for customer service functions
  • Assist with purchasing activities
  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal staff
  • Support office operations using Microsoft Office applications
Customer Service Clerk Qualifications:
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Patient, dependable, and willing to learn
  • Purchasing experience is a plus
  • Experience with SAGE software is preferred but not required
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
