Warehouse Associate Stockroom & Receiving Kilian Manufacturing, part of Regal Rexnord, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate Stockroom & Receiving to support our manufacturing operations in Syracuse, NY.This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and inventory move accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and stockroom activities. This role involves: Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials and components Moving materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment Accurately performing inventory transactions in SAP and other computer systems Maintaining inventory accuracy through proper stockroom practices Pulling and delivering materials to support production schedules Performing cycle counts and assisting with inventory audits Maintaining written and electronic records of material movement Assisting shipping, receiving, assembly, and other departments as needed Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area Participating in continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications include: Previous warehouse, stockroom, receiving, or material handling experience Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Good math skills, including basic calculations and counting Basic computer skills and data entry experience Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Preferred qualifications include: Forklift experience and/or certificationSAP experience or experience with inventory management/ERP systems Manufacturing environment experience Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stockroom operations Shipping and receiving experience At Kilian Manufacturing, you'll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.
