IP Counsel for AI Infrastructure - Patent Strategy & Licensing

Larson Maddox on behalf of its private AI infrastructure client seeks an Intellectual Property Counsel to develop and execute a global IP strategy. You will partner with technical, product, and business teams to identify, protect, and leverage innovations while supporting rapid growth. Based in California, this role reports to the General Counsel and involves managing patent portfolios, advising on licensing and tech transactions, and providing freedom-to-operate guidance.
