Key responsibilities:
Deliver daily 15-minute tutoring sessions to students, focusing on phonics, phonemic awareness, and sight words
Complete a 7-week Tutor Training Program, including both synchronous and asynchronous learning components
Maintain strong attendance and punctuality while cultivating meaningful relationships with students and peersRequired qualificationsEligibility to work within the United States and pass background checks
Commitment to a minimum of 3 hours of daily availability for tutoring
Ability to navigate virtual platforms and manage personal computer hardware and software
Experience or understanding of social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion
Bilingual individuals, especially those who speak Spanish or other languages, are encouraged to apply
