Product Engineer

What You'll Do: Build end-to-end product features: Design, develop, and ship high-quality features across the full stack — from user-facing product experiences to scalable back-end systems. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design to define requirements, turn ideas into reliable functionality, and deliver polished experiences for enterprise teams. Own delivery end-to-end: Take features from ideation through implementation, deployment, and iteration — staying accountable for outcomes and quality. Improve and scale systems: Help shape and enhance existing workflows and architecture to maximize product impact, performance, and maintainability. Continuously raise the bar: Evaluate and adopt new tools/approaches that improve development efficiency and product quality. Our Tech StackFront-End & Back-End: Next.js, TypeScript, tRPC Database: PostgreSQL Workflow Management: Temporal Hosting: AWS AI Models: Integration with leading LLMs such as OpenAI and Google's GeminiMust-Have Technical experience: Strong full-stack building experience (front-end + back-end) with modern web technologies. Core stack fit: Proficiency with Next.js, TypeScript, and tRPC (highly preferred). Backend & data: Experience with PostgreSQL and back-end integrations. Cloud exposure: Familiarity with AWS and deploying applications in cloud environments. Way of working: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-HaveAI/LLM familiarity: Experience working with AI models, particularly LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Gemini). Product mindset: Passion for building intuitive, scalable products and continuously optimizing what you ship.
