Senior Business Immigration Attorney - Remote-First Leader

We are adding a Senior Business Immigration Attorney to support our enterprise clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role requires extensive experience with high-volume NIV and IV matters, including PERM, I-140, I-485, and visa matters. You will review casework, provide strategic counsel, and mentor paralegals to ensure accuracy and quality of filings.
