Skilled - Laser Operators - TUBE LASER

Responsibilities: Set up and operate tube laser cutting equipment to process metal tubes and pipes. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Load raw materials and unload finished parts from the machine. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings for optimal cutting performance. Inspect parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Record production data and report any machine issues to supervisors. Follow company safety policies and maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.

Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Experience operating laser cutting machines or CNC equipment preferred. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and blueprints. Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
