Director of Network Growth & Strategic Partnerships

Delta Dental of California is seeking a Director of Network Development to coordinate and grow provider networks across the Western United States. The role leads contracting efforts, negotiates with providers, and develops strategic plans to advance access, quality, and cost positions. The ideal candidate has 12+ years in healthcare networks with a Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in large geographies, managed care knowledge, and strong negotiation and analytic skills.
