About the Opportunity:
- The health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
- Current opening in our 3-physician rural practice site south of Hartford
- Call is 3 times per year for a full week. Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult
- 36 patient contact hours
- No night or weekend office hours required
- The average daily patient census is 16-18
- Patient panel capped at 1600
- EPIC EMR
- Option to teach Medical Students and Residents Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential
- 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME
- Employer matching 403b retirement
- Health and dental (with high employer contribution), malpractice with tail
- Federal loan repayment program available
