Remote Corporate Counsel — Fast-Paced Contracts & Compliance

Acquisition LLC is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide hands-on legal support across commercial, compliance, and operations. You will draft and negotiate agreements, manage a busy docket, and handle privacy, data protection, and regulatory questions directly, escalating to the General Counsel when necessary. You will also oversee intake workflows, improve templates and playbooks, and partner with sales, marketing, and tech teams to strengthen the company’s compliance posture.
