Fogo de Chão in Miami is seeking a Gaucho Chef to prepare and grill beef and other meats in the traditional churrasco style, delivering the authentic Brazilian dining experience. You will season, portion and present dishes with flair, answer guests’ questions about churrasco, and maintain a clean grill area while supporting opening and closing shift duties and weekend work.
