Program Specialist

Program Specialist Zantech is looking for a talented Program Specialist to be a Congressional affairs and legislative liaison providing strategic messaging and narrative development for an upcoming role situated onsite at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role will ensure comprehensive coverage of Executive and Legislative Branch matters, serving as a cross-functional position focused on multi-agency coordination and implementation of legislative strategies. Responsibilities include, but will not be limited to: Develop strategic messaging and narrative for internal and external outreach Develop annual strategy for Congressional relationships Maintain active list of Congressional members and staffers with PEO IEW&S equity Assess congressional actions and provide recommendations Coordinate high visibility Congressional visits Track budget trends and NDAA language impacts Required Experience or Knowledge of the following technologies/functions:7 years relevant experience in federal government affairs Congressional relations Legislative affairs Multi-agency coordination High operational tempo management analysis Previous experience interacting with members of Congress and/or their staff Comprehensive coverage of Executive and Legislative Branch matters High operational tempo management Multi-agency coordination experienceRequired Certifications/Education:

Education Preferred: Political Science, Public Administration 15 years military service can be substituted/utilized as related experienceRequired Security Clearance: US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Top Secret SCI (TS-SCI) or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
