Supporting customer integrations as part of the Professional Services team, the full-time Web Integrations Support Engineer will manage customer tickets, conduct troubleshooting sessions, and collaborate with engineering to ensure sustainable and scalable solutions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Own customer tickets end to end, providing clear root-cause explanations and next steps
Run troubleshooting sessions with customer engineering teams, advising on integration best practices
Build scripts and tooling to enhance diagnosis and configuration efficiency
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ years in a customer-facing technical role focused on troubleshooting and solution design
Hands-on experience with HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs
Strong skills with browser DevTools and network debugging
Comfort with writing scripts in JavaScript, Python, or Bash
