Responsibilities: Manage the food service operation under the direction of the System Director of Food & Nutrition & Environmental Services. Assure compliance with department regulations and procedures in conformance with administrative and accrediting agencies guidelines. Assist in developing standards, policies, and procedures for food service.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in general dietetics approved by the American Dietetic Association (ADA), or experience including completion of an accredited food production management course may substitute for a degree.3–5 years of experience coordinating food/environmental services in hospital, hospitality, or academic settings.
