The group has needs in its Hobart location, which is under an hour from Chicago, IL.
About the Opportunity:
- Work in a small-group setting.
- Monday-Friday work week. No weekends36 clinical hours per week
- Average daily patient census: 20-24 Shared call structure with several providersEPIC EMROpening due to Growth
Compensation/Benefits:
- Guaranteed base salary ($250K Range) plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality
- Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
- Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME
