Position Overview: The Client Experience Coordinator ensures the facility operates at the highest level of excellence through thoughtful hospitality, operational precision, and consistent attention to detail. As a welcoming presence at the front of the studio, this role sets the tone for each client’s visit, anticipating needs and ensuring every interaction feels personal, polished, and seamless. The Coordinator serves as a steward of the studio environment, protecting and enhancing the client experience while providing operational and administrative support to leadership. This position requires sound judgment, discretion, and a calm, confident presence, balancing thoughtful client care with the daily rhythm of the studio. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the highest standard of studio and facility operations
  • Support studio leadership with daily operational and administrative needs
  • Oversee studio flow and serve as the primary operational point of contact
  • Provide refined, high-touch hospitality and a welcoming presence for all team members and clientele
  • Assist with bookings, purchases, inquiries, scheduling, personal tours, and more
  • Complete opening or closing procedures and provide clear handoffs
  • Identify operational or maintenance needs and follow through to resolution
  • Provide daily direction to our Porter team, ensuring every space reflects The LIV Method standard
  • Qualifications and Attributes

Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, private clubs, or high-touch service environments is strongly preferred. Employment: Full-time, on-site
Compensation: $24–$27 per hour, based on relevant experience
Available Schedules: Weekday mornings: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:00 PMWeekday afternoons/evenings: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:00 PMWeekend mornings: Saturday–Sunday, 7:30 AM–1:30 PMWeekend afternoons/evenings: Saturday–Sunday, 1:30 PM–7:30 PM** Our new studio at 2 Gansevoort is scheduled to open in January 2027, with paid onboarding and training beginning prior to opening.
