Finance Manager & Strategic Growth Leader

CFS is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core finance operations and work closely with the CEO on strategic financial planning. Based on the South Shore campus in an onsite capacity, the role strengthens accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controls to support growth. You will drive day-to-day finance performance, build the finance function, and develop a team to sustain long-term business needs while partnering with leadership.
