Litigation Associate Attorney

Key responsibilities: Provide general case team support and manage discovery tasks, including e-discovery Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery documents Engage in deposition and trial preparation projects while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications: 7+ years of experience in complex civil litigation Strong research and writing skills, with a required writing sample Experience in case and project management Ability to prioritize multiple projects effectively Excellent organizational skills
