Logistics Sales Executive

What You’ll do: • Grow your book of business: Leverage existing relationships to secure new freight opportunities, prospect, network and expand customer partnerships.• Drive revenue and margin: Set competitive rates, negotiate effectively, and continuously optimize profitability across your portfolio.• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with operations and carrier sales teams to ensure seamless execution and service excellence.• Own your pipeline: Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast activity, and track performance metrics to manage and grow your business effectively.

What we’re looking for: • 2+ years of experience in transportation brokerage or 3PL sales• Active, portable book of business with the ability to transition customers within 60-90 days• Proficiency with CRM platforms, Excel, and transportation management systems• Deep understanding of the U.S. freight market and brokerage dynamics• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
