Essential Job Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate the operational activities of ongoing projects, serving as a key liaison between project management, planning teams, project staff, and line leadership. Monitor project performance, including budget status and financial checkpoints; maintain project schedules and prepare clear, accurate status reports for stakeholders. Support contract modification processes by coordinating documentation, tracking changes, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines. Create and implement tools, processes, and mechanisms for tracking project progress, enabling proactive intervention and efficient problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Minimum Qualifications: Experience with project coordination including overseeing operational aspects of ongoing projects. Budget and schedule tracking, and preparing status reports. Advanced MS Office skills including Excel. Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with all levels of personnel.

Clearance: Must have an active Secret security clearance. Preferred

Requirements: Knowledge of federal project reporting standards and compliance expectations.

Clearance: Top secret security clearance.
