Civil Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties: Draft and file motions, pleadings, and discovery documents. Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and mediations. Maintain clear communication with clients and insurers. Provide strategic legal counsel based on litigation experience. Manage day-to-day litigation tasks and meet billable targets.

Requirements: 4+ years of civil litigation experience. Proven ability to draft and argue motions effectively. Familiarity with the Nevada court system. Proficiency in depositions and witness examinations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and judgment skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Active member of the Nevada State Bar. Background in construction or casualty claims is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
