Associate - Commercial Litigation

Base Salary Range: $215,000 – $345,000 (commensurate with experience) A nationally recognized AmLaw 100 firm known for its inclusive and collaborative culture, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation Groupin its Los Angeles office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an active trial practice within a collegial team, supporting clients in high-stakes litigation matters at both the state and federal levels. The firm has an exceptional reputation for fostering professional development and providing substantive hands-on litigation experience from early in your career. This is a hybrid role, combining in-office and remote work.

Key Qualifications: Juris Doctor from a Top 50 accredited law school Admitted to the California Bar 1–5 years of litigation experienceat a law firm Experience representing clients in both California state and federal courts Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Comfortable handlingdiscovery, depositions, motion drafting, and hearings Trial experience or trial preparation experience is a plus Highly motivated to take initiative and assume responsibility for case work Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
