FFL Firearms Sales Associate / Consultant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time We are seeking professional, experienced FFL Sales Associates and Consultants to join our growing team in Camp Hill, PA. We operate a specialized, consultative buying experience and turnkey fundraising solutions for private clubs, veteran organizations, fraternal orders, and qualified non-profits. In this role, you will provide an elite, appointment-only client experience, connecting buyers and organizations with top-tier firearm platforms and custom multi-gun raffle packages. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, plus additional performance bonuses tied to sales benchmarks and program outreach.

Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients and organization leadership in an appointment-only or specialty retail environment to guide firearm selections. Introduce and support turnkey fundraising programs and Small Games of Chance solutions for qualified groups. Ensure strict adherence to all federal, state, and local firearms regulations. Accurately complete ATF Form 4473, conduct NICS background checks, and manage acquisition and disposition logs. Maintain a secure, safety-first environment with professional handling and absolute confidentiality at all times. Assist with inventory management, display organization, and customer follow-up communications.

Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience within a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) environment or specialized firearms retail. Comprehensive working knowledge of federal and Pennsylvania firearms laws, ATF compliance procedures, and background check protocols. Deep familiarity with various firearm platforms, actions, and ballistics. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills. Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check. Reliable transportation to the Camp Hill, PA area and flexibility for scheduling.
