Quality Inspector

Responsibilities include: Visual Inspection: Examine bare boards under magnification (microscopes) for workmanship defects. Defect Detection: Check for missing solder mask, features meet spec. board meets FFF.Coating and Surface Checks: Inspect the board for scratches, warpage, pitting, and proper application of protective Documentation: Record inspection results, maintain accurate quality logs, and complete lot acceptance sheets. Non-Conformance Management: Tag and report defective materials or parts that fail to meet industry and customer standards. Collaboration: Work with production and engineering teams to address repeat defects and improve manufacturing yields.

Requirements: HS Diploma or equivalent Good computer skills

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while using a microscope or magnifying equipment. Good close-up vision (with or without corrective lenses).Occasional lifting of light materials or panels (up to 25 pounds).Additional Skills Preferred (but not required):Able to read and write in English
