Key responsibilities:
Mentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection to final deliverables
Guide students in developing feasible, high-quality research questions aligned with their academic and career goals
Provide structured feedback on research plans, data interpretation, and written research drafts
Required qualifications:
PhD in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, biomedical sciences, psychology, public health)
Demonstrated experience conducting academic or clinical research
Strong background in research design, data analysis, and academic writing
Experience mentoring students or trainees
A passion for mentorship and student development
