What You'll Do:
Completes watch repairs for assigned market in an efficient and timely manner. Responsible for producing high quality service in an efficient and timely manner. This involves shipping and handling, customer care, and data capture. Resolves customer service issues regarding engravings or watch repairs within their assigned market, which includes correspondence with customers, Shinola customer service, retail management, and carrier services. Completes customer engraving orders for their assigned market and ad-hoc as needed, in a quality, efficient, and timely manner. Is responsible for operational task completion; ordering supplies and submitting weekly reporting and email the guest experience during peak store traffic times by being a watch and jewelry subject matter expert to support group selling with the sales team. Regularly and consistently abides by the Time & Attendance policies and all policies and procedures included within Regularly and consistently abides by the Standards of Conduct and our Code of Ethics policies and all policies and procedures included within Other duties as assigned
Who You Are:

Compensation:
Compensation can be negotiated based on previous experience & qualifications. Starting $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Bonus eligibility: Potential monthly bonus based on store financial performance.
