Temporary Human Resources Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Provide scheduling support for a variety of HR and recruiting activities, including interviews Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including ordering food and supplies Assist with event setup and breakdown Prepare and print recruitment and onboarding materials Maintain organized and accurate HR files Assist with posting open positions on job boards and internal systems Conduct basic phone screens for candidates, as needed Provide general administrative support to the HR team What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, team-oriented environment Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset Comfort with scheduling and coordinating across multiple stakeholders Willingness to "stretch" and support recruiting efforts as needed Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus, but not required Collaborative, team-focused professional services organization Fast-paced atmosphere with a high level of activity over the coming months Supportive team that values flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude Position starts in April and will last roughly 6 months. $25-30/hr, depending on both administrative and HR support experience.
