Litigation Associate Attorney

Location This is a full-time, on-site opportunity in Jeffersonville, Indiana, ideal for an attorney who wants hands‑on litigation experience in a professional office setting. Note Candidates must be licensed in Indiana and have at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Kentucky licensure is strongly preferred.

Develop and execute case strategy, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents Prepare cases for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial Represent clients in court, including arguing motions and examining witnesses Collaborate with attorneys and litigation support staff on active matters Communicate directly with clients regarding strategy, developments, risks, and next steps Prioritize deadlines and manage multiple cases while delivering high‑quality work product
