Dynamic IP Litigation Associate (Patent) – 3–5 yrs

Winston Taylor LLP seeks a mid-level patent litigation associate to join its IP practice in Dallas. The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience handling patent disputes before district courts and ITC/PTAB proceedings. An electrical/computer engineering or CS degree is preferred; USPTO registration is a plus but not required. Bar admission in the preferred office location is required, with consideration for other offices.
